Post Walmart\u2019s acquisition of Flipkart,\nMr. Bansal exited the firm, of which he owned a 5.5% stake and his net worth\nduring the time was $1 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sachin Bansal has made his second venture by the name of NAVI founded in the year 2018 with its headquarter in Bengaluru along with Ankit Agarwal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Details of NAVI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Former name: BACQ Acquisitions Private Limited&nbsp;<\/li><li>Renamed as:&nbsp;Navi Technologies Private Limited.<\/li><li>Industry: Financial Services&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>&nbsp;Subsidiaries:<\/strong><ul><li>Navi Finserv \u2013 Personal and&nbsp;Home Loans<\/li><li>Navi Asset Management Company \u2013 Multiple,&nbsp;Equity Mutual Funds,&nbsp;Index Funds<\/li><li>Navi General Insurance \u2013&nbsp;Health Insurance&nbsp;and others<\/li><li>Chaitanya Micro Finance \u2013&nbsp;Micro Finance&nbsp;and&nbsp;Lending<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Within 3 years of its\nincorporation, NAVI is all set to file for its IPO worth Rs 4,000 crores and is\nyet to file a draft paper with market Watchdog SEBI.
