As per the F&S report, Tega Industries is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialized ‘critical to operating’ and recurring consumable products for the global mineral beneficiation, mining, and bulk solids handling industry, based on sales for the calendar year 2020. Globally, the Firm is the second-largest producer of polymer-based mill liners, based on revenues for the calendar year 2020. The company commenced operations in 1978 in India, with a foreign collaboration with Skega AB, Sweden.

the product portfolio of the company comprises more than 55 mineral processing and material handling products. As an average of the last three Fiscals i.e., 2021, 2020, and 2019, the sale of products constitutes 95.08% of our revenue from 136 operations, while our sale of services and other operating revenue constitutes 2.15% and 2.77%, respectively of our revenue from operations.

The firm has six manufacturing sites, including three in India, at Dahej in Gujarat, and Samali and Kalyani in West Bengal, and three sites in major mining hubs of Chile, South Africa, and Australia, with a total built-up area of 74255 Sq. mts.The firm also has 18 global and 14 domestic sales offices located close to our key customers and mining sites.
