OYO's Customers can book storefronts through our D2C channels on our platform and indirect channels with third-party OTAs.

OYO has a global footprint, its operations are focused in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Europe (collectively, its “Core Growth Markets”), which are the most mature in terms of the scale of its storefront footprint and our unit economics. Its asset-light, the technology-driven business model has enabled OYO to scale its business globally and provided it with a strong competitive advantage in the short-stay accommodation space. As of March 31, 2021, OYO had 157,344 storefronts across more than 35 countries listed on our platform.
